Meet Our Staff…

Dr. Tony A. Hancock, Pastor

Our Pastor is called by God to proclaim the Gospel message.  He has been pastor of Hillcrest since January, 1999.  He loves people and is always interested in getting to know new members.  When you visit, be sure to introduce yourself to him.  Tony is a bivocational pastor who also works as a farmer and as a consulting engineer.

Steven B. Moscoe, Minister of Music

Steve loves The Lord and enjoys using his considerable musical talents in the worship of God.  He is an accomplished soloist, but much prefers the joy of directing others in singing.  He is also bivocational and is Director of The Beaumont Middle School Chorale.  If you enjoy singing, let Steven know and he will welcome you to the Hillcrest Choir.

Letha Fugette, Church Secretary

Letha is a part time employee who keeps the church office running smoothly.  Her regular hours are 8-12 Mon – Fri., but she is often working much longer.  She is retired from Columbia Gas and views her work as a ministry to The Lord and His Church. She is the happy and friendly voice you will hear when you give us a call at 859-252-8820.

Johnny McDowell, Church Custodian

Johnny has been apart of this church for awhile now and he has a heart of gold.  He serves the Lord in any and all things that the church needs. If you want to find something clean come to our church, Johnny makes it nice.

Reta Burns and Glenna Baker, Church Musicians

Reta and Glenna are dedicated to using their musical talent to make worship even more special.  They accompany the choir as well as lead in congregational music.  They love the Lord and their music can only be described as “Heavenly”.

Dr. Robert Burns, Youth Director

Bob is a dedicated volunteer who loves young people and ministers to them in a special way.  Dr. Burns is a respected local veterinarian who owns and operates Boston Road Animal Clinic.  He says that working with the youth of Hillcrest is his way of saying thank you for all that God has done for him.

Rhonda Hancock, Child Director

Rhonda loves children! She is a dedicated volunteer who leads the children’s activities at Hillcrest including Vacation Bible School, annual activities, children’s choir, and children’s Sunday school.  Mrs. Rhonda Hancock is known and loved by all of the Hillcrest children.  Will you let her get to know your child?
